About Us
In 2006 Judd Bennett began his construction career as a residential, multifamily, and commercial framer. During his time he went from a guy on a crew to estimating and managing complicated framing projects from start to finish, while coordinating with other subcontractors and general contractors.
In 2011 Judd made the transition to one of Utah’s largest and best exterior subcontractors. He started as an assistant field manager on a large apartment building project in Salt Lake City. From there, he spent the next 11-1/2 years working with all sorts of exterior products, all the while learning about water infiltration protection. He coordinated many different exterior trades while working with other subcontractors and general contractors.
In 2019 Judd had the pleasure of building his mother’s home from the ground up. He was able to involve great subcontractors that he had met throughout his time in construction. It was this project that helped him decide that he wanted to strike out on his own, use his experience, and start his business. Judd officially started Do Unto Others Construction, LLC in 2021.

Do Unto Others Framing & Exteriors was born out of a growing need for home and business owners to find a framing & exterior contractor that can be counted on to do things the right way. We also want to help customers who are looking to build a custom home. We start projects by working with trusted design professionals, working very closely with the customer, to ensure the design fits the need. We continue by working with great employees, trusted subcontractors, and reliable vendors to move efficiently through the project. No company is perfect, and when mistakes are made on a project rest assured that we will stand by our work and make things right. We would love the opportunity to work with your on your next project.
